Cork , T12 R288 Eco Douglas Restaurant in Douglas, Cork, Ireland (eco.ie) is currently looking for a Chef de Partie, who holds a professional cookery qualification, and have at least 5 years’ experience working as a chef. Teamwork, excellent communication, and organizational skills are a must. The successful candidate’s job description will be as follows: Preparing, cooking, and presenting to agreed specification Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items and recipes • Monitoring portion and waste control Stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station Assisting with the management of health and safety and food hygiene practices Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards This is a full time, permanent position. The minimal annual remuneration is €36,700.00. The hours of work are 39 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (to be arranged), including lunch and dinner.
