Help people rebuild their lives.

Every day at ONE80TC, lives are being transformed.

For almost 50 years, we've supported men to overcome addiction, restore relationships and build a future filled with hope. As a registered Christian not-for-profit organisation, we're committed to providing compassionate, evidence-informed residential rehabilitation that helps people create lasting change.

We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Caseworker to join our residential team and walk alongside participants as they work towards recovery.

If you're passionate about supporting people through some of life's biggest challenges and want to be part of a team making a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you.

About ONE80TC

ONE80TC has been providing residential rehabilitation and recovery programs since 1977.

Our therapeutic community model combines structure, accountability, encouragement and practical support to help participants achieve sustainable recovery and successful reintegration into the community.

Every member of our team contributes to creating an environment where people can rebuild their confidence, relationships and future.

About the Role

As a Caseworker, you'll support participants throughout their recovery journey by providing individual case management, mentoring and practical day-to-day support.

Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you'll help participants identify goals, develop life skills and overcome barriers to achieving lasting change.

No two days are the same. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and supporting people through meaningful personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual case management and develop recovery plans
  • Build positive therapeutic relationships with participants
  • Facilitate group programs and life-skills sessions
  • Monitor participant progress and support goal achievement
  • Liaise with families, referral agencies and external support services
  • Maintain accurate case notes and records using RediCASE
  • Prepare reports and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with the broader residential team
  • Contribute to a safe, supportive and respectful therapeutic community

About You

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys working alongside people and believes that lasting change is possible.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Qualifications in Community Services, Alcohol & Other Drugs, Mental Health or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in case management, community services, rehabilitation or support work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound organisational and documentation skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence working both independently and within a team
  • A compassionate, resilient and professional approach
  • Current NSW Driver Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current Infection Prevention and Control Training (or willingness to obtain)
  • Active involvement in a Christian church

Why Join ONE80TC?

We know that supporting others starts with supporting our team.

We offer:

  • Meaningful work where you'll see lives transformed
  • Salary packaging benefits
  • Ongoing professional development
  • A supportive and collaborative team culture
  • Opportunities to contribute to a well-established organisation approaching 50 years of service
  • Free onsite parking
  • The opportunity to make a genuine difference every day
