The Buckley Street Supportive Housing Case Manager provides case managed support to residents who live onsite.

Wombat's Buckley Street Support program

• Is a small team supported by a team leader
• Provides support to renters onsite
• Assists renters to develop their skills to maintain independent living
• Works with people to address the issues that are contributing to their housing instability.

YOUR QUALITIES

The role would suit a highly motivated case manager who has experience supporting vulnerable or disadvantaged people.

• You will relish the opportunity of working within a passionate tight knit team and enjoy supporting residents on site
• You will have the ability to provide holistic support to people with complex behaviours and an understanding of the challenges this brings.

WORK ARRANGEMENTS

• full time fixed term contract
• 1 EFT – 5 days per week
• work from home one day a week
