Atlassian Workflow Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Design, configure and optimize Jira Service Management workflows for Enterprise Service Management processes.
2. Support the adaptation of accounting-related workflows and ensure that service requests are correctly routed into the relevant accounting processes.
3. Analyze existing request and workflow structures and identify opportunities for standardization, optimization and automation.
4. Translate business and process requirements into scalable workflow designs within Jira Service Management.
5. Work closely with an experienced Germany-based subject matter expert and help scale the existing workflow know-how into the Malaysia delivery team.
6. Support testing, documentation and quality assurance of workflow changes and process improvements.
