About the Position: This is a TERM position located at Tank-Automotive and Armament Command (TACOM), Watervliet Arsenal, Installation Management Directorate, Public Works Division, Watervliet NY. Determine causes of defects and malfunctions on assigned refrigeration and air conditioning systems and equipment. Determine repairs needed and repairs, adjusts, and replaces parts. Troubleshoot, repair, and install a variety of large commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning units. Perform related electrical, sheet metal, and carpentry installation and fabrication tasks, and/or small motor repair. Examine and conduct preventive maintenance of systems and components.
