Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard prospective vehicle dealers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealers.
• Promote the company’s vehicle financing solutions.
• Generate quality leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Conduct regular dealer visits and provide market feedback.
• Meet assigned sales and activity targets.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Previous sales, marketing, business development, or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to travel within assigned territories.
