Maintains precise inventory records to ensure efficient operations and cost control. Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including signage, cash registers, and ensuring a secure and organized environment. Provides comprehensive staff training, conducts performance evaluations, and assigns specific tasks to ensure efficiency. Performs other duties as assigned.
