The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (AUTOMOTIVE) exercising supervisory management responsibilities. Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Vehicle Management and Analysis/Materiel Control Sections ensuring that production scheduling complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises, directs, coordinates, and oversees supervisory and personnel management responsibilities. Participates in logistics management operation projects while representing the Vehicle Management Flight with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Meets with key customer and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, and resolve problems that arise.
