About the Position: This position is located within Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) in the Directorate of Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, in Honolulu, Hawaii. Provide leadership and nursing direction to nursing personnel responsible for providing patient care. Assign work based on subordinate knowledge, abilities, and clinic workload. Evaluate work performance of subordinates and finds ways to improve production or increase the quality of the work directed. Triage patients, set priorities for care and assigns patients to doctors.
