Information Technology Division - Arlington, VA The selectee of this position serves as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst. You will be responsible for developing and managing the Information Technology Division budget; monitoring the use of resources; formulating Information Technology Division business rules and practices; tactical and strategic planning; managing contracts and procurement actions; policy review and development; and records management. As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst at the GS-0343-15 level, some of your typical work assignments may include: Providing a variety of administrative advice and assistance related to information technology subject areas. Exercising full supervisory authority and responsibility in planning, directing, coordinating, and reviewing the execution of assigned IT programs. Evaluating IT processes and advising management of actual and/or potential problem areas, trends, and significant program accomplishments. Implementing and explaining new administrative procedures and/or policies as directed by Division leadership.
