Serve as a project manager, leads Regional Cyber Center - Europe efforts to develop long-range plans for Information Technology security systems. Ensures that Information Technology automated system design and developments, involving both in-house and contractual efforts, comply with Department of War and Army cybersecurity requirements and leads other in system changes and modifications. Plans, develops, implements, and manages Regional Cyber Center - Europe programs, policies, and procedures to protect the integrity, confidentiality and ensure the availability of Information Technology automated systems, networks, and data. Development, coordinates, and maintains Regional Cyber Center - Europe Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages. Provides advise and guidance pertinent to cybersecurity program policies, guides, and standard operating procedures during all stages of the automation process.
