Prepares the budget submission in support of the IT Capital Plan. Manages the Operations support budget. Leads development of an enterprise IT modernization plan. Using knowledge of the interrelationships of multiple IT disciplines, advises senior management and other senior IT professionals on solutions to a wide range of IT issues. Serves as a senior expert or consultant to top agency management officials. Responsible for developing and implementing information security and information assurance policies, principles, and practices. Supervises subordinate managers and assigned workforce.
