Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain robust web scraping scripts and tools.
Extract, clean, and store data from real estate, rental, and legal platforms.
Monitor and troubleshoot scraping jobs to ensure consistent data delivery.
Ensure scraping methods comply with legal and ethical guidelines.
Scrape and extract data from real estate and property listing platforms such as Crexi, Zillow, LoopNet, and similar.
Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and implement solutions accordingly.
Requirements:
Proven experience with web scraping using Python
Experience handling anti-bot mechanisms, CAPTCHAs, and rotating proxies.
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and DOM structures.
Familiarity with data parsing and storage (JSON, CSV, databases).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
