Site Scheduler

Below the details of his mission:

• Bring adequate support to Project Manager & Site Manager in order to achieve GEV & Customer Objectives.

• Alert and propose actions plan in case of delays.

• Coordinate interfaces between functions to meet project success.

• Define, share schedule objectives and get the commitment of project stakeholders.

• Prepare detailed construction & commissioning schedule to drive project critical items in accordance with project requirements, with scheduling tools (Primavera 3 & 6, MSP) and scheduling methods (CPM, man loading, progress curves, commodity curves...).

• Monitor/Analyze & consolidate project progress information.

• Provide inputs & site progress information to headquarter scheduling.
