Responsibilities:
To ensure all customers receive their orders within the promised delivery time.
Generating and ensuring sales targets are met.
To ensure the safety of the goods by delivering items in perfect condition without breakage Cross-checking the physical items being unloaded against the customer's invoice or delivery note.
To ensure the customer receives exactly what they ordered and to document any shortages or damages immediately.
Performing daily Pre-Trip Inspections of the vehicle and reporting any mechanical issues to the fleet manager.
Maintaining a professional appearance, handling customer complaints about orders politely, and communicating back to the warehouse if a customer has a specific request or issue.
To represent the company brand well and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Requirements:
Minimum SSCE.
Applicant should be based around Molete, Ibadan, and it's Environs.
Remuneration :
NGN 70,000 - 100,000
