This role is fully remote and dedicated exclusively to closing land sales, working with pre-qualified and highly motivated prospects generated through an automated marketing system. Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with leads, present investment opportunities, and consistently close deals. Requirements •Proven experience in high-ticket phone sales. •Background in industries such as real estate, timeshare, insurance, credit cards, or similar high-pressure closing environments. •Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. •Full proficiency in spoken and written English. •Native-level or neutral accent required. •Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. •Availability to work full-time remotely.
