Responsibilities: • Assists with answering incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or departments. • Performs outbound phone calls and emails customers to set appointments for the sales team, lunch presentations and coordinates lunch and learns logistics, and arranges samples • Contacts end-customers who did not originate their purchase directly, to assist the sales representatives establish a relationship with them • Updates appointment calendars. • Own providing access codes to specifiers for the intranet • Builds & amends quotes / admin (although still sent by sales team) • Updates the CRM with new contacts and general CRM maintenance • Builds lead lists - per territory • Gets freight quotes • Supports with small, transactional sales (<$6k) • Verifies fabric availability via e-mail or textile websites. • Assists’ sales representatives with customer repairs, parts, and other inquiries. • Assists with the Photo Project in Work Drive • Assists with Customer Service cases Requerimientos Educación mínima: Universidad 5 años de experiencia Idiomas: Inglés Edad: entre 25 y 40 años Conocimientos: Ventas Aptitudes asociadas a esta ofertaNuevo Ventas Palabras clave: ventas, cambaceo, sales, demostrador, feriante, viajante, agent, representative, agente, representante Hace 2 días (actualizada)
