This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. They direct staff orientation, training, development, and evaluation while acting as a role model and supervisor. Equip staff with tools for culturally competent care and promote accountability for high-quality outcomes. Participate in the development of care delivery models and environmental design to ensure equitable care.
