Preferred Experience: Effective communication, budget management, and leadership skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Extensive knowledge of accepted learning principles and instructional methods necessary to identify and assess learning needs, develop educational goals and objectives, and conduct, evaluate, and revise training for staff and patients. Experience as a Clinical Nurse Educator.
