Serves as a lifeguard at indoor/outdoor pools, water parks, or beach fronts, working under the direction of an Aquatics Program Manager or supervisor. Ensures the safety of all guests by enforcing rules, rescuing swimmers in distress, and administering first aid as needed. Assists in conducting aquatic swimming and water survival training, and maintains personal readiness by attending regular safety training. Performs administrative duties such as staff scheduling, inventory tracking, ordering supplies, and maintaining daily operational logs and records. Helps maintain a clean and hazard-free facility, informs patrons about safety procedures, and assists with coaching swimming programs as required.
