Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise daily production operations.

Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of production equipment.
Minimize production downtime and operational delays.
Implement safety and compliance procedures within the production environment.
Prepare production reports and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in production or manufacturing management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
