Perform at the full journeyman level; Install, fabricate, modify, maintenance, and repair of new and existing high temperature water, high/low pressure steam piping system, and various other equipment. Install, maintain and repair a variety of plumbing, fixtures, equipment, and systems with a minimum of accompanying instructions concerning the work methods or the materials to be used. Determines the welding techniques to use and selects the proper materials such as the right size and type of welding electrodes or rods. Interprets and applies building plans, sketches, and blueprints.
