The Physician Medical Director is responsible for the clinical and administrative oversight of the Community Living Center. The primary role is to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to Veteran patients residing in the CLC. Clinical Care: Provide direct medical care to patients in the CLC. Conduct comprehensive initial and follow-up assessments of residents. Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members. Ensure optimal functioning of primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients.
