About the role
As a Site Manager at LGC Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects in the Tengah West Region.
This is a full-time role that will require you to collaborate closely with the project team to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating and managing the activities of construction workers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Monitoring site progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and implementing appropriate safety measures
Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any concerns
Preparing and maintaining detailed project records, reports, and documentation
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the site team
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
Familiar with relevant health and safety regulations and able to ensure compliance on-site
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
