As a Management and Program Analyst, your duties will include: Provides advice involving program issues, develops and recommends improvements in services, participates on teams or projects involved in updating processes to meet varied and changing requirements. Researches and advises on significant personnel program changes or developments and assists management in the development of policy and recommends changes to improve service. Performs a wide range of administrative and analytical duties required to develop and implement workforce management programs and shares information on improved workforce management processes used in the field. Works with a variety of programs in support of the workforce management mission such as awards processing, use of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, and workers compensation. Provides counseling to employees on retirements, pay, and leave issues; implements return-to-work strategies to reduce time lost to work-related injuries and other extended medical absences.
