Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations, Boston Field Office, Field Mission Support, located in Portland, Maine. Additional selections may be made for other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.

Learn more about CBP's mission, core values and careers at https://www.cbp.gov/about This position is located in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Field Operations (OFO), You will be assigned to a Field Office or Area Port of Entry (APOE) and serve as a senior Management and Program Analyst (Facilities) and principal staff advisor on complex mission support programs, with primary emphasis on facilities, physical security, emergency planning, and related technology. This position starts at a salary of $120,548.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $156,715.00 (GS-13, Step 10) GS Salary: Visit this link to view the locality pay tables by geographic area. Major duties include: Collaborating with facilities and contracting subject matter experts to develop and refine detailed Scopes of Work, representing OFO program requirements, operational needs and leadership priorities in facility management projects. Participating in the management and oversight of Field office and Port facility construction and renovation projects. Serving as the central point of contact to coordinate Building Operations and Maintenance repairs for CBP owned Ports of Entry. Leading or participating in working groups, committees, and project teams involving internal and external partners. Evaluating coverage, performance, and vulnerabilities; coordinates with technical owners to address deficiencies and advises leadership on security implications and priorities from remediation.
