Descripción del Puesto
Responsibilities:
Own Equipment Uptime :
Cold chain (display chiller, BOH chiller, under-counter chiller, chest freezer), blenders, generator, inverter and batteries, AC, water system, lighting.
Daily checks, planned servicing, fast response when something breaks.
Own Inventory Accuracy:
Packaging, supplies, consumables, equipment spares.
The count in the record matches the count on the shelf.
Stockouts on critical items don't happen because you saw them coming.
Execute The Inventory SOPs Designed By The Compliance & Systemization Lead:
Daily counts, weekly audits, receiving checks.
Where reality doesn't match the SOP, you raise it for the SOP to be improved.
Manage Maintenance Vendors:
Generator service, AC service, refrigeration specialist, plumbing.
Schedule preventive work. Negotiate fair terms. Track service history.
Respond To Equipment Emergencies:
Generator stutter during the day, overnight chiller failure, blender breakdown at the kiosk.
Diagnose, decide, fix or escalate, and document.
Keep The Maintenance Log Current:
Every check, every fix, every part replaced.
The next person should be able to read the log and know exactly what state every piece of equipment is in.
Be Willing To Do More:
This is a startup. People do what the business needs, not only what is written here.
From time to time you will be asked to step into work outside this list. Bring that mindset.
Your Single Number:
Equipment uptime, especially cold chain  paired with zero stockouts on critical inventory.
The two together mean the operation can run as designed every day. When either slips, customers feel it.
Requirements:
A minimum of a senior secondary school Certificate (SSCE) or relevant trade certification.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in one or more of the following equipment maintenance, facilities management, refrigeration services, Generator servicing and Similar hands-on technical roles Strong mechanical aptitude.
Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to diagnose common equipment faults.
Proficiency with standard maintenance tools.
Ability to maintain written or digital records, including: Maintenance activities, Parts usage and Inventory counts Physically capable of standing and working throughout a full shift.

Mechanic Instinct:
Naturally skilled at identifying and troubleshooting equipment issues.
Able to quickly narrow down the source of a fault.
Recognize unusual sounds, wear patterns, or performance issues.
Prefer learning equipment through practical experience rather than theory.
Possess strong hands-on problem-solving abilities.
Reliable with Routine Task:
Consistently perform daily equipment checks.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Keep maintenance and operational logs up to date.
Complete responsibilities without requiring reminders.
Demonstrate dependability as a natural part of your work ethic.
Calm During Equipment Emergencies:
Remain composed when critical equipment fails.
Diagnose issues efficiently under pressure.
Make sound decisions regarding repairs or escalation.
Handle situations such as refrigeration failure, generator breakdown and production equipment malfunctions Resolve problems without creating unnecessary stress for the team.
Honest About Stocks and Records:
Report missing inventory immediately and accurately.
Maintain truthful stock records.
Admit mistakes when they occur.
Verify vendor invoices against actual deliveries.
Escalate discrepancies before approving payments.
Maintain records that can withstand audit and compliance reviews.
Strong Interpersonal Awareness:
Understand team dynamics and operational pressures.
Know when to engage colleagues and when to avoid unnecessary disruption.
Work effectively with production teams, kiosk management, compliance personnel, company leadership and external vendors Communicate professionally and collaborate without conflict.
Honest About Safety and Equipment Condition:
Report equipment deterioration before failure occurs.
Escalate genuine safety concerns promptly.
Identify and report cold-chain or refrigeration risks.
Raise concerns regarding poor-quality vendor repairs.
Demonstrate transparency even when delivering difficult information.
