About the Position: Serves as DoD Cyber Workforce Planner for HQUSEUCOM, ECJ6. Is the technical expert and authority responsible for USEUCOM-wide C4/Cyber DoD Cyber Workforce Framework and is the Planning officer developing, implementing and managing the comprehensive J6 Workforce training effort. Develop, implement, and manage the comprehensive J6 Workforce training program, ensuring alignment with DoD, Service, and Combatant Command (CCMD) strategic objectives. Responsible for the direct analysis, assessment, and management of personnel skills, competencies, and mandated certifications to ensure the workforce is technically proficient, compliant, and mission-ready. Prepare detailed reports for leadership on readiness, deficiencies, and recommended corrective actions. Ensure C4 training objectives are developed for United States European Command (USEUCOM) Exercises.
