Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes from job posting to employee integration.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support payroll administration, leave management, and employee benefits.
Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee relations matters and support conflict resolution.
Organize staff engagement, training, and development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and provide insights for management decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years of HR experience.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Professional certification (CIPM, ACIPM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
