Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
Preparing and implementing engaging lesson plans tailored to the appropriate grade level while adhering to educational standards.
Skill Demonstration:
Actively demonstrating practical techniques, such as safe food preparation, sewing, and clothing construction.
Life Skills Training:
Educating students on everyday competencies like personal finance, basic nutrition, family relationships, and consumerism.
Assessment and Feedback:
Designing assignments, quizzes, and exams; grading coursework; and evaluating students' laboratory and project work.
Safety Management:
Enforcing strict safety guidelines and protocols, particularly in kitchens with stoves/ovens and textile classrooms with sewing machines.
Student Support:
Providing individualized support, mentoring students, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of NCE.
2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
