You will serve as the financial technical authority and provide advice on the full range of accounting, budgeting, manpower, and financial management activities. You will control financial resources allocated to the organization, making recommendations for financial rebalancing as appropriate. You will utilize knowledge of accounting and financial management concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations.
