Recommends tests, equipment modifications, training for users and maintainers, and correction to design deficiencies through evaluation of operational capability of systems/equipment and review of performance data against standards. Assists in troubleshooting and repairing difficult and unusual problems including those which have not been previously resolved. Acts as Technical Content Manager for assigned technical data. Assists in troubleshooting and repairing difficult and unusual problems. Designs special test procedures, develops special maintenance procedures, and develops and conducts technical training for maintainers and operators.
