Updating databases and systems to record status changes in all items docketed. Accepting service of legal documents from opposing counsel or representatives, including mail. Receiving inquiries on case status from client agencies, the Court, USAO staff, defense counsel, and other individuals and exercising confidentiality, tact, discretion, and judgment in determining what information may be properly released. Providing information in an optimally precise and accurate manner. Utilizing advanced automation techniques to produce valid and reliable data and data analyses based on the specific needs of the requester. Performing other duties as assigned.
