Key Responsibilities:
Inquiry & Order Handling: Manage incoming B2B sales inquiries exclusively via email and web portals. Handle price quotes, order processing, and invoicing.
Customer & Sales Support: Provide prompt email updates on product details, pricing, stock levels, and delivery tracking. Assist the sales team with daily admin tasks.
Logistics & Data Admin: Monitor global web orders, maintain accurate customer records, and pass picking slips directly to the warehouse team.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in B2B customer support or internal/external sales.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365) and ERP systems (e.g., MYOB Advanced).
Communication: Strong professional written communication skills (email-focused).
Education: A background in science is a plus.
