Responsibilities
Design and develop content that communicates organisational culture, values, and initiatives in a clear and engaging way.
Translate internal messaging into compelling, human-centered narratives that resonate with employees.
Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and storytelling across all internal communication channels.
Partner with stakeholders to shape and execute content strategies for culture-building initiatives.
Apply content design principles to structure information clearly and effectively across formats.
Conceptualise, script, shoot, and edit video content for internal cultural storytelling.
Produce a range of formats (e.g. interviews, event highlights, leadership messages).
Manage end-to-end production from pre-production planning to post-production delivery.
Optimise content for different platforms.
Stay updated on content and cultural trends to keep formats fresh and relevant.
Develop creative concepts for activations, and engagement initiatives.
Create multimedia assets (visuals, graphics, motion content) to support storytelling.
Work closely with HR, stakeholders, wider OC and business teams to deliver culture initiatives.
Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate with external vendors when needed (e.g. swag production).
Essential Qualifications
Proficient in content creation and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, or equivalent software.
Experience with video production and editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, etc).
Familiarity with design, motion graphics, and multimedia tools, and AI-powered creative tools such as Stable Diffusion, MidJourney.
