We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sr GL Accountant to lead critical General Ledger functions related to corporate card spend, employee expenses, cash, and prepaid expenses. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, strengthening reporting integrity, and driving process improvements across accounting operations. Key Responsibilities General Ledger & Treasury Oversight Review monthly Spend & Expense and corporate credit card journal entries Ensure accurate mapping to GL accounts and department codes Prepaid Expense Management Oversee the full prepaid lifecycle Maintain and review amortization schedules Ensure timely and accurate monthly amortization entries Reconciliation & Variance Analysis Perform monthly bank, credit card, and prepaid GL reconciliations Conduct detailed flux analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies Month-End Close Leadership Lead month-end close activities for cash, prepaid, and S&E workstreams Ensure accurate and timely journal entries within NetSuite Audit Support & Documentation Maintain standardized workpapers and roll-forward schedules Ensure clean audit trails aligned with internal and external compliance standards Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting (CPA) Advanced english level 5+ years of experience in General Ledger accounting or financial statement audit 1 year in a management or lead role (preferred) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, large data analysis) Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems Strong experience in complex reconciliations, flux analysis, and prepaid schedule management Big 4 or large public accounting firm experience preferred Requerimientos Educación mínima: Universidad 3 años de experiencia Idiomas: Inglés Palabras clave: analyst, contador, pagador, contralor, accountant, facturista, tesorero, contable, senior, sr Hace 4 días (actualizada)
