You will maintain and service compressed air generating, drying and oil removal equipment for pneumatic controllers and monitoring devices. You will perform modifications and tests on controls. You will calculate air flow, and the pressure temperature characteristics for different systems in order to locate and repair faulty equipment swiftly and to reduce inoperative time to minimum. You will maintain and test water treatment chemical equipment (conductivity controllers and chemical feed pumps). You will read blueprints, complex drawings, sketches, wiring diagrams, manufacturing specifications and technical materials.
