About the Position: These positions are with Evans Army Community Hospital. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Anesthetize patients for a broad range of surgeries extending from the simplest to the most complex of procedures. Evaluate patient’s physical and mental status with respect to anesthesia, consulting with the anesthesiologist, if necessary, to evaluate patient’s conditions and desired course of action. Observe the patient during surgery, to accomplish and maintain the proper level of anesthesia depth and to prevent over-dosage. Serve as resource consultant to a wide variety of professional health colleagues, regarding the latest advances in nursing anesthesia and nursing practice.
