You will develop objectives and strategies for the acquisition in terms of competition and price range. You will prepare determinations and findings, solicitation documents, and the contractual vehicle. Manages the evaluation process and analyzes contractor proposals, comparing previous history, and actual expenditures (earned value management). You will perform contract administration, to include a wide variety of contract modifications ranging from funding actions to highly complex major scope changes, which require performance of advanced cost analysis.
