Driven by the New Administrative Capital and other large projects, with demand for engineering, project management and skilled trades.

The canal cities

Suez, Port Said and Ismailia — logistics, shipping services and industrial zones.

Textiles, food processing, chemicals and building materials across the Delta and industrial zones.

What actually works

• A complete profile. Recruiters filter on experience and skills.
• Languages. In outsourcing they are the primary filter, and they change the pay band.
• Insist on your contract copy — one of the four is legally yours.
• Confirm social insurance registration, which is tied to the contract.

The new legal framework

Law No. 14 of 2025 presumes contracts are permanent unless justified otherwise, and requires four formal copies. That gives you more standing than the previous framework did.
